Solent Forum Business Plan 2025 to 2030

The Solent Forum is preparing its next Business Plan from 2025 to 2030 to be in place by April 2025.

A review of the previous business plan has been completed and this document also provides a discussion on how we will shape the 2025 – 2030 Business plan, looking at the sections headings and identifying priorities for this business plan period.

As part of the planning process, we surveyed our members on what they think of the Solent Forum and the future direction it should take. The findings can be seen in our Members Survey 2024 Report.
