If you need details of an event in the Solent or elsewhere in the UK, here's the place to look. This section details forthcoming events for the Solent Forum, local conferences and activities and other national events for the next twelve months. When organising an event or meeting for coastal stakeholders, we encourage you to check that it won't clash with existing conferences and to save time and resources of attendees to tag meetings back to back where possible. The Solent Forum hosts various information, training and discussion events throughout the calendar year. These range from half day bi-annual Solent Forum meetings exclusively for our members to one-day conferences for coastal practitioners and stakeholders. Southern Marine Planning Conference - 30/09/2010
The Solent Forum will be holding a Southern Marine Planning Conference in Southampton on 30 September. It will present the findings of the Forum's Toward Solent Marine Planning project and look at wider marine planning issues. Visit the SoMaP webpages for more details.
